Return Eligibility


  • Items may be returned within 60 days of the delivery date
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition
  • All Swiffer product accessories and components must be included with the return

Return Process


To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.

Refund Processing


  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • All transactions and refunds are processed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exceptions


  • Opened or used Swiffer refills and disposable products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement
